Go to the customer service desk at either Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi location (6300 E 87th St, Kansas City, MO 64138 or 3200 NW Jefferson St, Blue Springs, MO 64015), during regular business hours October 7, 2023 through November 8, 2024, look for the “Scan to Register” display, locate the QR code posted on the display, and fill out the registration form. All entries must be received by 3:59pm CT on November 8, 2024 to be eligible to be a Qualifier.
